We are looking for an organized and professional Legal Assistant to join our law firm. This individual will provide vital assistance to a team of attorneys by handling case-related tasks, preparing a variety of legal documentation, and managing case files. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in legal terminology, and understands the electronic filing procedures in State and Federal Courts. This will be full-time, in-office in Downtown Chicago with the possibility of transitioning into a hybrid work week.
Responsibilities
- · Provide administrative support to lawyers in the preparation, review and filing of legal documents such as briefs, appeals, complaints, answers, etc.
