Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Psychotherapy Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations for an assigned caseload of psychotherapists within our Psychotherapy team, who are placed on-site at skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across our footprint. This role is ideal for a proven operations or business leader who understands the unique demands of a healthcare or clinical services environment.
A clinical license is not required for this position—we're looking for someone who can run the business side of operations for their assigned psychotherapists while our licensed clinicians focus on resident care.
