Role Description
The CEO / Build Your Business role is a full-time on-site position based in Atlanta GA, focused on launching and growing a Farmers Insurance agency. This opportunity is not for everyone. It is a challenging opportunity for proven sales leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs who have had or are having a successful career and are looking to build something for themselves.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and leading a team, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the agency’s presence in the local market. The role also involves creating and implementing marketing and community engagement initiatives to drive new business and retain existing customers. The individual will collaborate closely with District 44-14 leadership to leverage available tools, training, and mentorship to build a sustainable, high-performing agency.
