FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE 1.1 PATIENT CARE SUPPORTIVE TEAM TRAINING
BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Prescott, AZ team. This team provides care to clients throughout Yavapai County . PT’s work with clients in their home, craft treatment plans, and apply innovative techniques to help them reach their goals. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as the mobility/range of joints, transfer status, stability, patterns and appearance of ambulation, strength and endurance, balance testing, and safety assessments
- Develop and implement appropriate individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions
