The Export Compliance Leader will be responsible for implementing and further developing a comprehensive export and compliance strategy across the enterprise. Key areas of oversight and substantive work support will include export compliance (EAR and ITAR), security compliance, and US Government contract compliance.
The successful candidate will report into the Office of the Chief Legal Officer and will work with other Team Members to support BETA’s daily needs while strategically building its capacity in an area that requires application of regulatory frameworks to cutting-edge technology.
