As we establish our India Engineering Center of Excellence (COE), we are looking for an experienced

Engineering Manager who can lead and grow the Onboarding and Activation team. As the Engineering Manager for the Onboarding and Activation team, you will be expected to lead a team of experienced software engineers responsible for the Password Manager user's journey from first run to paying customer: the onboarding and activation experience that proves the product's value, and the client-side surfaces that convert it.

You'll ensure that prospective users move smoothly though guided setup, trial initiation, upgrade paywalls and plan selection. For existing users, you'll manage the user-facing subscription, plan, payment-method, and invoice experiences. This is a critical role for new growth as well as customer retention, where experiences need to be frictionless and error-free.
