Order Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• The Order Management team sits within boxxe's Purchasing function and forms part of our wider Commercial team, which includes Purchasing, Supplier Management, Deal Registration, Logistics and Order Management.
• As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers' orders are managed accurately and efficiently throughout the order lifecycle. Working closely with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Services, Finance and our supplier partners, you will help deliver an excellent customer experience by maintaining accurate order information, proactively managing back orders and resolving issues that may impact delivery.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent administration skills, strong attention to detail, a passion for customer service and an interest in supply chain and procurement operations. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication and continuous improvement are highly valued.
