The Hybrid Customer Service Associate (CSA) / QSR Cook is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing cashier, store operations, and quick-service restaurant (QSR) food preparation duties. This position prepares, cooks, portions, packages, and merchandises food products according to established recipes, menu specifications, quality standards, and food safety procedures.
The Hybrid CSA/QSR Cook works across both the front-of-house and foodservice areas of the store and is expected to assist wherever needed to support efficient operations, excellent guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Greet every guest in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
· Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping and foodservice experience.
· Respond to customer questions and concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate.
· Promote loyalty programs, special promotions, foodservice offerings, and other store initiatives.
