TIKTOK SHOP STRATEGIST
A TikTok Shop Strategist at CTC is an expert in all things TikTok commerce. You will own an end-to-end client strategy, from shop structure and product selection to creator, media, and campaign planning. You will work closely with clients as their primary point-of-contact and lead strategist, analyzing performance data across shop, creator, and ad metrics to drive measurable GMV and contribution margin growth.
You will mentor Junior and Mid-level Strategists, enforce best practices across the department, and partner cross-functionally with Creative, Community, Media, and Ops to deliver excellence for every brand you own.

Comfortable pulling and interpreting raw data sets; able to QA reporting and spot anomalies before clients do

Yes. This role mentors and provides oversight for Junior and Mid-level Strategists. Direct report count varies by team structure.
