Position
Description:
The Security Officer: Concierge is responsible for the daily management of the front desk at its located office building lobby. This position delivers company, client, and customer expectations by ensuring the facility is operating in accordance with company policy and client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Access c ontrol for guests, tenants, and vendors.
- Provide elevator assistance and door assistance to all guests.
- Provide customer service and assistance to clients, customers, and visitors.
- Daily activity report
- , access control reports, and incident reports daily.
- Observation and reporting of all safety concerns.
- Patrol the common areas.
- Directly oversees all day-to-day activities associated with opening, managing, and closing the facility.
- Ensures the facility’s safety and security for guests and employees by reviewing maintenance checklists and conducting periodic safety audits as directed by the company’s Safety Manual.
