How You'll Contribute to the Team:
The Assistant Director of Facilities is responsible for the daily execution and operational management of all maintenance and facilities activities across the assigned portfolio. This role directly oversees field operations, including maintenance technicians, supervisors, and warehouse and inventory teams, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to established standards.
