Job Purpose:
The Conference Producer is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of conferences, acting as the lead owner of content, product development, and industry relationships. This role oversees the full programme lifecycle, ensuring commercially viable, high-quality events that deliver value to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key market stakeholders, including industry leaders, government bodies, associations, vendors, and media partners
- Lead programme research and development to ensure relevant, forward-looking, and commercially attractive agendas
- Identify, engage, and secure high-calibre speakers, including C-level executives, policymakers, and industry experts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Vietnamese healthcare stakeholders (ministries, hospitals, associations) and international experts to validate content and recruit senior speakers
- Continuously monitor regional and global market trends to identify new content and event opportunities
- Provide leadership onsite to ensure seamless event delivery and strengthen relationships with speakers, sponsors, and attendees
