About the Role
We’re looking for a talented
Technical Account Lead who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to take accountability for the technical account management of new and existing clients in Brazil, supporting the implementation and ongoing success of our data platforms and software products. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business, collaborate with teams across the globe, and influence some of Brazil’s leading retailers.
Joining our Technical Account Management team, you’ll act as a trusted technical partner to client IT stakeholders and leadership. You’ll lead data discovery and assessment activities to understand client data and systems, ensure data quality, investigate data issues, and use your expertise to shape data roadmaps and technical recommendations.
