First National Bank of America is looking for customer-focused candidates to contact borrowers with past-due mortgage accounts. We provide training for candidates with excellent communication and customer service skills, irrespective of their previous work experience. A successful

Responsibilities:

• Initiating and receiving incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Establishing repayment schedules
• Facilitating receipt of payments via ACH and other methods
• Confirming data on the customer's account
• Achieving the departmental delinquency goals
• Qualification: Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and multitask effectively
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or financial services is helpful but not required — we’ll provide full training
