About the Role
Fivetran + dbt Labs is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a Lead Company Operations Manager to join the COO Office — the team responsible for setting the pulse of the company: developing our strategies, holding leaders accountable for executing them, and taking on the cross-functional work that lacks a clear owner.
This role owns Leadership Operations: the standing forums and rhythm through which NewCo's leadership runs the business. You will own the mechanics behind our board meetings, help run the ELT's operating rhythm and quarterly Strategy Days, and make sure the decisions made in those forums are carried through to closure.
