To support our Legal & Tech team during a colleague’s parental leave, we are looking for a hands-on and reliable

Manager Paralegal (m/f/d) to join us on a part-time basis. In this role you will take care of our corporate governance administration and our legal invoicing and purchase-order processes, working closely with Procurement and Finance and making active use of our legal-tech tools.

Fixed-term parental-leave cover, approx. 18 months

Part-time, 62.5% (approx. 25 hours/ week)

About the Role

Manage the corporate governance administration of our group companies in our corporate governance software (Fides), e.g. maintaining corporate registers and structures, tracking shareholder and management resolutions, and preparing documents for notarizations and filings
