As a project manager at Gallup, you'll create structure and momentum across client engagements while building the expertise, relationships and commercial acumen that strengthen your impact as a strategic partner. What You’ll Do
Design and manage delivery structures that create clarity, accountability and predictable outcomes across complex client engagements
Develop integrated project plans, coordinate resources and manage dependencies, milestones and timelines throughout the project life cycle
Take ownership of client accounts, balancing delivery excellence with strategic advisory and account growth responsibilities
Establish governance processes, decision-making frameworks and communication plans that align stakeholders and support successful delivery
Monitor project health, scope, budget and commercial considerations while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
Orchestrate collaboration across consulting, research and operational teams to maintain execution momentum and outstanding client experiences
Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering confidence and alignment throughout project delivery

What You Need
Bachelor’s degree required
At least four years of experience in project management, client management, consulting or professional services roles required, including experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional fluency in French and English required
Experience in a client-facing role required
Experience supporting account growth, business development or strategic client relationships preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or comparable project management certification preferred
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, strengthen workflows, develop content, synthesise information and enhance client outcomes preferred
A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Berlin office at least three days per week required
Eligibility to work in Germany required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated annual base salary range of €65,000–€75,000 for this role.
