Your mission
Lead hiring and performance management for a team of 6–7 engineers (senior to junior across backend and frontend), setting a high bar for talent and enabling engineers to grow and perform at their best
- Partner closely with your Product Manager in a highly collaborative setup to shape and deliver the roadmap, with strong ownership from the team
