Senior Account Director, National Media at Grocery TV | LAYIQ

Minimum 5 years of media sales experience, preferably in digital, video, retail media or digital OOH.
Relationship and partnership experience working with Publicis.
Background in digital, programmatic or video media.
Proven success in exceeding revenue targets.
Strong instincts on navigating complex agency teams, client teams and finding key decision-makers.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence high-level stakeholders.
Resourceful and effective in small, fast-paced team environments.
Extremely productive with prospecting, client outreach, booking meetings, and generating pipeline opportunities.
Strong instincts in running effective client meetings and ensuring actionable next steps.
Outstanding organizational skills, with a focus on accountability and follow-through (both internally and externally).
Ability to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and prioritize deals effectively.
Nice to haves
Experience structuring and negotiating larger upfronts or joint business partnerships.
Experience with CPG brands.
Success in growth-oriented or start-up environments.
Strong instincts on negotiating and ability to leverage benefit trade offs to secure bigger partnerships and account growth.
