What will your responsibilities be?
- Managing a complex caseload of children in care
- Providing consultation, guidance, and support to Social Workers across the team
- Supporting practice development and quality assurance activities
- Leading on complex case discussions and decision-making
- Mentoring and developing less experienced practitioners
- Ensuring care planning and permanency planning are child-focused and outcome-driven
- Working in partnership with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals
