Liquid Personnel is recruiting Lead Occupational Therapist for its client's Children & Families Team at Brent.
What will your responsibilities be?
As the Lead Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing the Social Care Occupational Therapy Service within Brent. This is a highly impactful position where your clinical expertise and leadership will directly influence the quality of support received by children and families across the borough.
Lead and manage a team of Social Care Occupational Therapists.
Provide regular supervision, guidance, and professional development support.
Work directly with children and families to assess needs and deliver expert clinical advice.
Recommend appropriate equipment, home adaptations, and environmental modifications that enhance wellbeing and promote independence.
Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams and external partner agencies to deliver coordinated, child‑focused interventions.
Contribute to improved outcomes for some of Brent’s most vulnerable young residents.
