Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Reablement Team in Southampton on a short-term contract. This role offers a great opportunity to support adults in regaining independence and remaining safely in their own homes.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Delivering functional OT assessments, care planning, and reviews
- Supporting individuals and carers to maximise independence
- Recommending equipment and home adaptations
- Working closely with health and social care professionals
- Supervising OT assistants/students where required
- Maintaining accurate, compliant records
Qualifications & Experience:
- To be successful in this role you must have, HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy (WFOT recognised)
- Community or social care experience
- Strong assessment, communication, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload
