Senior Social Worker - Adults Mental Health

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker for its client's Adults Mental Health Team at Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled practitioner to provide professional leadership, expert social work interventions, and support to adults experiencing mental health needs and their careers.

The successful candidate will act as an exemplary practitioner, promoting strengths-based and person-centred practice while managing a complex caseload. You will work collaboratively with service users, carers, health professionals, and partner agencies to support positive outcomes, maximise independence, and ensure individuals remain active and valued members of their communities.

This role requires a confident practitioner with strong knowledge of Adult Social Care and Mental Health legislation, safeguarding practice, risk management, and multidisciplinary working.

What will your responsibilities be?

Managing and monitoring a complex caseload involving adults with mental health needs, safeguarding concerns, and high levels of risk.

Undertaking Care Act assessments, reviews, support planning, and interventions using strengths-based and person-centred approaches.
