Senior Social Worker – Community Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult’s

Social Worker to join its client’s Community team, based in Dudley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled practitioner to provide professional leadership and deliver high-quality social work interventions to adults with complex care and support needs within the community.

The successful candidate will act as an exemplary practitioner, promoting strengths-based and person-centred practice whilst supporting adults and their carers to maximise independence, maintain relationships, and remain active members of their local communities. You will play a key role in managing complex casework, undertaking safeguarding responsibilities, supporting colleagues, and contributing to service development within a busy Adult Social Care environment.

What will your responsibilities be?

Managing a complex caseload involving adults with a range of care and support needs, ensuring timely and effective interventions.

Undertaking Care Act assessments, reviews, support planning, and complex case management using strengths-based and enabling approaches.

Completing Mental Capacity Assessments and contributing to Best Interest decision-making processes where required.
