Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced and resilient Social Worker to join its client’s Children’s Support and Safeguarding Team based in Corby.
This role is focused on protecting the welfare of children and young people through high-quality assessment, crisis intervention and robust safeguarding in line with statutory obligations.
What will your responsibilities be?
Safeguarding & Protection: Deliver professional social work services to children and families to ensure they are protected in accordance with legal requirements and Trust policies.
Assessment & Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families in crisis to identify risks and develop effective, outcome-focused intervention plans.
Intervention: Implement a range of social work interventions designed to support families and safeguard children from harm.
Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with partner agencies (Health, Education, Police) and various professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to child welfare.
Caseload Management: Maintain accurate and timely case records, ensuring all statutory visits and reviews are completed within departmental guidelines.
