Social Worker - Community Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult

Social Worker to join its client’s Community team, based in Blackpool.

What will your responsibilities be?

Community-based assessments — Complete Care Act–compliant assessments within the community to identify needs, risks, strengths, and eligibility for support.

Care planning & reviews — Develop, implement, and review person‑centred care and support plans that promote independence, wellbeing, and proportionality.

Safeguarding interventions — Lead on safeguarding enquiries, risk management, and multi‑agency coordination to ensure adults at risk are protected and supported.

Qualifications and Experience:

• To be successful in this role you must have; Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
