Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experience Social Worker to join our client's Intermediate Care Services Team. This role involves reviewing and assessing a backlog of cases, completing standard assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
What will your responsibilities be?
Improve Outcomes: Enhance outcomes for adults with care and support needs and carers.
Strengths-Based Assessments: Undertake effective strengths-based assessments, planning, and direct work with adults with care and support needs and carers, identifying needs in accordance with the Care Act 2014, statutory guidance, policy, and procedures.
Safeguarding Duties: Undertake safeguarding duties as required to protect adults with care and support needs from abuse or neglect.
Professional Practice: Practise social work in a transparent, accountable, and safe way in accordance with professional standards, ethics, and values.
