- Children's Social Worker to join their
- Multi-Agency Child Health (MACH) Team
. This critical front-line safeguarding role operates as the multi-agency front door for children's services, working closely with partners to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time.
As a Social Worker within the MACH Team, you will be responsible for the triage and screening of referrals, assessing risk, and making timely decisions to safeguard children. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a co-located environment alongside Police, Health, and Education professionals, promoting effective information sharing and collaborative decision-making.
