Social Worker - Safeguarding Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting passionate and dedicated Social Workers to join its client's Safeguarding Team on a permanent basis. As a Social Worker within the Safeguarding Team, you will manage a varied caseload, undertaking assessments, developing child-centred care plans, and delivering effective interventions to support vulnerable children and families. You will receive regular supervision, ongoing professional development opportunities, and support from experienced managers within a collaborative working environment.

What will your responsibilities be?

Manage a caseload of children and families requiring safeguarding and child protection interventions.

Undertake assessments, create care plans, and review outcomes in accordance with statutory requirements.

Work directly with children, young people, and families to identify needs and promote positive change.
