Social Worker – Safeguarding Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Social Worker for its client’s Adult Safeguarding Team based in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist service dedicated to protecting adults at risk, leading complex safeguarding enquiries, and delivering high-quality interventions that promote safety, independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.

Working within a fast-paced safeguarding environment, you will manage complex cases, undertake statutory assessments, and coordinate multi-agency responses to safeguard vulnerable adults. This role is ideally suited to a confident and knowledgeable practitioner who can make sound decisions, manage risk effectively, and champion person-centred practice.

What will your responsibilities be?

Complete complex, strengths-based and person-centred assessments to identify risks, needs, and outcomes.

Lead safeguarding investigations, including Section 42 enquiries, safeguarding planning, and risk management interventions.

Manage a complex caseload involving adults at risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
