Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join Liverpool Council’s Short Breaks Service. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner with experience supporting children with disabilities and their families. You will be responsible for managing complex cases, completing high-quality assessments, and working collaboratively with children, young people, families, and partner agencies to ensure children receive the right support and achieve positive outcomes.

- What will your responsibilities be?
- As a Social Worker within the Short Breaks Service, you will manage a complex and varied caseload, completing Short Break Assessments and Carer Assessments while ensuring arrangements are regularly reviewed with robust risk analysis. You will maintain accurate Care Plans and Reviews, undertake direct work with children and families, and provide effective support within relevant statutory frameworks.
