Are you an experienced fostering professional looking to take the next step in your management career?
We are recruiting for an IFA Team Manager to join a well-established Independent Fostering Agency in London for our client. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a team of Supervising Social Workers while ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and support for foster families.
What will your responsibilities be?
Lead, supervise, and support a team of social workers.
Oversee foster carer recruitment, assessments, reviews, and development.
Ensure compliance with fostering regulations and safeguarding standards.
Contribute to service development and quality improvement.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.

Qualifications and Experience:
- To be successful in this role you must have; Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
- Minimum
- 5 years' post-qualified experience within children's social care.
- Previous experience supervising or managing social work teams.
- Strong knowledge of fostering services, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
- Full UK driving licence preferred
