Team Leader - Learning Disabilities

Liquid Personnel is recruiting experienced Team Leader to join its client's Learning Disabilities Adult Social Care Service Team at Coventry. This is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the operational management of a busy Adult Social Care team, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to adults with learning disabilities.

Working alongside three other Team Leaders, you will share responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, providing professional leadership, oversight and guidance to social care practitioners while maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding, practice quality and positive outcomes for service users.

The successful candidate will oversee case allocation, workload management, duty arrangements, supervision and quality assurance activity, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met and practice standards remain consistently high.
