As a Team Manager within the Fostering Team, you will provide effective leadership, supervision, and management to a team of social workers and fostering practitioners. You will play a key role in driving high standards of practice, supporting foster carers, and ensuring statutory responsibilities are met in line with legislation and best practice guidance.

What will your responsibilities be?

Lead, manage, and support a team of social workers and fostering professionals to deliver high-quality services.

Provide regular supervision, performance management, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Oversee the recruitment, assessment, approval, and ongoing support of foster carers.
