Analyst, Marketing and Sales at Metro Vein Centers | LAYIQ

Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for marketing performance (spend, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, channel mix, ROI) and sales activity (lead flow, conversion rates, pipeline, funnel drop-off)
Analyze campaign and channel performance and translate findings into clear recommendations for where to invest
Track and trend the patient acquisition funnel from first touch through scheduled appointment and treatment
Support market and competitive research for new location openings and local market growth plans
Surface risks, concerns, and opportunities identified in your analysis, and help develop solutions
Identify opportunities to improve marketing and sales processes and systems; propose changes and communicate strategy
Support ad hoc analysis and modeling requests from executive management on tight timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of experience in an analytical role
Demonstrated aptitude for data analysis and quantitative problem solving
Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
Strong proficiency in Excel
Working knowledge of SQL, or clear evidence you can learn it quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain an analysis to a non-technical audience
Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools.

Detail-oriented, able to run multiple projects in parallel
