Under supervision, the Accounting Assistant performs a variety of accounting and administrative functions. Responsibilities include invoice entry, job setup, job modification while assisting with an ERP transition. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), 1+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in the construction industry (preferred)
