The role
We are seeking an energetic, versatile, and highly capable
HR & TA Specialist to serve as the Founding HR professional for our Manila location. In this high-impact role, you will build and drive our local HR foundation, talent acquisition pipeline, and workplace administrative operations from the ground up.
As the local anchor, you will collaborate closely with regional HR & TA teams in India as well as global cross-functional leadership to ensure seamless alignment, cultural integration, and compliance across our expanding international presence.
