$66,000 Base Salary + Up to $16,000 in Starting Bonus Opportunity
Grey Barn is looking for someone who actually knows landscaping.
Not someone who has simply managed landscaping crews from an office.
We are looking for a person who can walk onto a property and understand what needs to happen — from turf, beds, plants and drainage to design, installation, maintenance processes and crew execution.
You should be equally comfortable:
- Walking a property with a customer
- Designing and estimating a landscape project
- Selling the work
- Showing a crew exactly how it should be completed
- Jumping in and demonstrating the right process when necessary
