Role Overview

WatchTime Studios is looking for a Head of Business Operations to own the operational layer that supports every channel across the portfolio. This role runs the systems that keep the studio measurable, monetized, and scalable while working across Beast Industries teams to keep every channel properly resourced and executing at full potential.

The Role

Reporting to the GM of WatchTime Studios, the Head of Business Operations owns operational and monetization execution across the portfolio. This includes multi-platform publishing, new channel launches, workflow management, performance analytics, vendor operations, and channel monetization and yield. You will liaise with teams across WatchTime Studios and Beast Industries, from casting to vendorpartners, to make channel operations measurable, repeatable, and reliable, and to ensure the studio captures the business opportunities in

front of it.

What You’ll Do

• ● Manage the workflows that carry every video from ideation through publishing, supporting Channel Directors to keep cross-functional pipelines moving.
• ● Own KPI reporting infrastructure across every WatchTime Studios channel in partnership with theBeast Analytics team, and deliver channel and studio performance reporting to the GM, executives, and staff to support decision-making.
• ● Maintain the source of truth for views, retention, RPM, and revenue tracking across the portfolio.
• ● Manage the monetization and yield of every channel, identifying opportunities to improve RPM, revenue mix, and platform earnings as channels launch and scale.
• ● Own publishing execution across YouTube and social platforms, including metadata, scheduling,and platform requirements, so every video is optimized for success.
• ● Lead the operational side of new channel launches, including staffing plans, publishing cadence, and analytics setup.
• ● Own vendor operations across casting, VFX, and specialty services: sourcing, contracts, rates, and performance tracking, so production teams have clear visibility into available partners andcosts.
• ● Manage ongoing partnerships and business development opportunities with organizations, evaluating and executing the opportunities that support channel growth and monetization.
• ● Liaise with teams across Beast Industries, from casting to vendors, to ensure every channel is resourced the right way and operational needs are met.

What You’ll Bring

• ● 12+ years of experience in digital media or platform operations.
• ● Experience running publishing, analytics, and vendor operations across a business with multipleYouTube or social media channels.
• ● Demonstrated experience improving the speed and effectiveness of the operational systems supporting multiple YouTube and social media channels.
• ● Experience managing channel monetization and evaluating business development and partnership opportunities with outside organizations.
