POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Application Developer will design, develop, enhance, and support full-stack business applications and management dashboards that meet organizational needs and improve operational efficiency. This role will work across all phases of the application lifecycle and software development. The position requires strong technical expertise in front-end, back-end, database, integration and dashboarding, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
The Senior Application Developer will help ensure that applications are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with departmental and enterprise technology standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the planning, implementation, delivery, and ongoing administration of enterprise information systems, data platforms, dashboarding and reporting solutions.
Contribute to assigned project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across program management, project management, software development lifecycle, and application lifecycle efforts.
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
Contribute to solution design, configuration, development, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and post-implementation support for enterprise technology initiatives.
Contribute to application development, system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements in accordance with organizational standards and approved technology practices.
Assist with enterprise data management, reporting, dashboards, business intelligence, data quality, data governance, and related analytical activities.
Monitor project status and proactively communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and action items to relevant stakeholders.
Analyze business processes, operational needs, and system performance to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, effectiveness, and data accessibility.

- Provide analytical, technical, and operational support to ensure systems and data solutions meet business requirements, user needs, and organizational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- At least
- 8 years of progressive experience supporting enterprise software systems, data platforms, reporting solutions, and application development initiatives.
- At least
- 6 years of progressive experience with program management, project management, Agile, SDLC, AL
- M
- , requirements gathering, solution design & development, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Experience with enterprise technologies such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft SQL, .NET Full Stack Development with C# and Python.
- Proficient with development tools V i sual Studio, Telerik, Aspose, Nintex, Azure Dev Ops, Fiddler, Postman, Web Form Platforms.
