You bring to the team: Bachelor's degree in Architecture
, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required.
4+ years of experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry with increasing project responsibilities.
2+ years of project management, construction management, or construction administration experience, which may be concurrent with overall project experience.
Understanding of engineering and design terminology, construction processes, contracts, project financials, and relevant codes.
Strong communication
, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build effective relationships, navigate challenging conversations, and resolve issues across project teams.
Experience with Microsoft Office and construction management platforms. Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Newforma, Smartsheet, or similar tools is beneficial.
Commitment to exceptional client service, quality, and safety.
