We are looking for a dynamic
Staff Accountant.
This position will work closely with and report directly to the VP of Accounting & Finance. This position is a very hands-on position that will play an important role in the accounting and finance process.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with monthly, quarterly, and yearly close procedures.
- Prepares and maintains journal entries and general ledger.
- Assists with account reconciliations.
- Handles monthly bank reconciliations.
- Reconciles 3rd party delivery payments.
- Handles company accounts receivable.
- Maintains company fixed asset tracking and depreciation.
- Assists in various projects and audits as assigned by the VP of Accounting and Finance.
