Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Portfolio Managers and Analysts within our Point72 office in New York, NY.
What you’ll do
- The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to one or several investment teams including Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts. Specifically, you will:
- Strategically partner with investment team(s) to help alleviate workload and create efficiencies
- Manage calendars and conference calls, make appointments, book conference rooms, organize meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Create and process expense reports
- Manage phone coverage for team and set up conference calls as needed
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners
