A Little About the Role

As a Workplace Manager for our Denver, CO office, you will serve as the operational backbone of our workplace, ensuring it runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently every day. You will own day-to-day office operations, from reconciling expenses and coordinating vendors to leading safety compliance and managing space planning, while partnering closely with HR, IT, and Finance to keep things running seamlessly.

This role requires balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, solving problems that range from facilities issues to event logistics, often with limited lead time. Beyond operations, you will own the end-to-end office experience which includes creating a workplace that employees genuinely want to come into, one that reflects our culture and makes people feel welcomed, supported, and connected.
