WHAT YOU'LL DO
- As the MATERIAL HANDLER, you'll be responsible for the receiving and movement of raw materials, Work-in-Process and finished product during the manufacturing process.
- OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supplies raw materials as directed for scaling, blending, and mixing
- Verifies the materials/ingredients coming into the scaling, blending and mixing areas are correct in specification, quantity, and quality as called for by the production Job
- Supplies all packaging materials needed for packing finished product
- Transports and stages work-in-process as directed
- Transports finished product as directed
- Maintain proper and accurate inventory management of raw materials, packaging and finished product movements
- Must be able to comprehend and follow directions, be trained on Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and maintain high quality workmanship
- Maintain neat, concise and accurate records as required
