Junior Quantitative Trader – Delta One (Asia-Pacific)
Location: Sydney, Australia

We are building a new
Delta One trading desk in Sydney and are looking for an early hire to help shape its direction. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, ambitious team with meaningful scope for ownership and impact from day one.
The role sits at the intersection of trading, research, and technology — you will be actively involved in all three, rather than specialising in a single function. On any given day, you may be operating live trading systems and managing risk, researching and developing new signals, or improving the infrastructure the desk runs on.
As the platform grows, you will play a key role in expanding the desk across Asia-Pacific, with a long-term ambition to build capabilities in markets globally.
