Manufacturing Engineer
QuEra is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented
Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team building next-generation neutral atom quantum computers. This person will work collaboratively to support the development and production release of components and assemblies used to build QuEra’s neutral atom quantum computers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced product development environments, enjoys building scalable manufacturing processes and systems, and has strong experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and contract manufacturing partners.
The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in developing manufacturing documentation, product structures, assembly and test procedures, and ensuring smooth technology transfer into production. This person will also own and maintain the manufacturing release process and associated documentation systems used to communicate with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
