We’re currently hiring for an Operator I to support construction and restoration efforts on sites across [Insert Region]. This role is ideal for someone with construction or landscape equipment experience
, a commitment to safe field practices, and a strong work ethic. You’ll be part of a hands-on crew that delivers real, visible restoration work—from wetland grading to native planting to stream restoration. You’ll work outdoors on active project sites across your assigned region. Most work is local or regional, with frequent travel to field sites and the potential for multi-day assignments.
