SMX seeks a highly organized and proactive project analyst to aid our team and clients. Our team works closely with our clients to understand the mission and strategic objectives to illustrate how the systems support their business needs.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and highly efficient in Microsoft 365, to include applications such as Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Word. This individual will work on multiple workstreams that support management functions and coordination of activities within the team and client interactions. This role requires significant coordination across many teams to gather and consolidate the relevant information so a desire and ability to work well with others is a must.
This is a fast-changing role that evolves based on the client’s need, while prioritizing the operational needs to support the mission.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team with a focus on supporting client-facing activities (e.g. meeting coordination and documenting notes)
Support onboarding new hires to ensure completion of training/administrative tasks
