SR. CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
As a member of the SpaceX construction team at Starbase, you will lead the field execution and delivery of some of the world’s most technically advanced electrical infrastructure — from high-voltage substations through medium-voltage distribution to low-voltage production, launch, and facility power systems and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). We execute complex electrical construction projects from groundbreaking through energization and turnover.
You will operate with autonomy, own schedule and budget, manage multiple projects at once, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work with construction engineers, electrical contractors, equipment vendors, utilities, and internal customers to deliver reliable, high-capacity electrical systems that support Starship production, test, and launch operations. This is a construction management role focused on field leadership, contractor performance, and on-time delivery. The position is based at Starbase, TX.
